Located beneath the historic Clock Tower Building in Paso Robles, the mysterious basement atmosphere of Level 4 offers an elegant underground playground for adults enhanced by the innovative menu of Chef Chris New. Inspired by California cuisine with a French influence and complemented by fresh organic produce and free-range proteins, Chef New creates dishes of layered texture, taste, and aroma.
