The Carlton Restaurant & Grill offers a relaxing setting to enjoy a variety of cuisine from its exhibition kitchen and sushi bar, including Angus burgers, fish tacos, steak, and traditional and creative sushi. Guests may also make selections from any menu at The Carlton Bar and Lounge while enjoying their favorite beverage.
